Correction Policy
NevoMD is committed to accuracy, transparency, and responsible use of clinical decision-support technology. This Correction Policy describes how we address errors, inaccuracies, or issues related to content, outputs, or information provided through the NevoMD platform.
1. Nature of the Service
NevoMD is a physician-facing clinical decision-support and co-pilot tool. The Service provides informational and analytical outputs intended to support licensed healthcare professionals. NevoMD does not provide medical diagnoses or medical advice, and all clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating physician.
2. Identification of issues
Issues may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete interpretation of uploaded clinical data
- Formatting, transcription, or display errors
- Technical errors affecting outputs or platform behavior
- Outdated or superseded informational references
3. Reporting a correction
If you believe an error or issue has occurred, you may report it through the NevoMD dashboard or official support channels. When reporting an issue, please include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate, such as the date, affected patient record (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
4. Review and response
Reported issues are reviewed by NevoMD personnel for technical accuracy and platform integrity. We may investigate system logs, input data, and relevant configuration to assess the reported issue.
Because outputs depend on the data and context provided by the physician, not all reported issues will result in a change or correction to the Service.
5. Corrections and updates
Where appropriate, NevoMD may:
- Correct technical or display errors
- Improve algorithms or workflows
- Update documentation or guidance
Corrections may be implemented prospectively and may not alter historical outputs previously generated by the Service.
6. No retroactive clinical modification
NevoMD does not retroactively modify clinical decisions or outcomes. Physicians remain responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising professional judgment at the time of use.
7. No guarantee of error-free operation
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, NevoMD does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Policy updates
This Correction Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Contact
For questions or to report a potential correction, please contact NevoMD through the physician dashboard or official support channels.
