NevoMD is a subscription-based clinical decision-support platform designed for licensed medical professionals. Subscriptions provide continued access to diagnostic tools, lab interpretation, and physician-focused AI assistance.

Free Trial

New users receive a free trial that includes:

• 1 Patient Profile
• Up to 5 Clinical Analyses
• Up to 5 Clinical Research Reports

Subscription Plans & Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $19.95 per month
• Annual Plan: $199 per year (billed annually)

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and billing information.

Billing & Payment Processing

All subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used by healthcare and enterprise software providers worldwide.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly on the same calendar day as purchase.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the subscription anniversary.

Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement with a descriptor similar to NEVONIX or NEVONIX.AI. Descriptor wording may vary by financial institution.

NevoMD does not store full credit card numbers, CVC codes, or sensitive payment credentials.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your NevoMD dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You will retain full access to subscription features until the billing period concludes. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes partially used billing periods, unused features, or accidental renewals.
